How secure is SSH access?

For full monitoring and script execution, we need SSH access to your server.

How it works:

• You generate SSH keys yourself and add the public key to your server
• You send us the private key for operations
• Private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM or more secure encryption
• We never log SSH key contents
• You can revoke access anytime by removing the public key from your server

What if auto-healing breaks something?

We only perform safe operations that won't harm your system:

• Log cleanup
• Service restarts
• Basic maintenance operations

If potentially unsafe actions are needed — you'll receive a Telegram notification for manual confirmation.

All actions are logged and sent in real-time.

Do you store my data?

What we store:

• Server metrics (CPU, RAM, disk) - 7 days
• Incident history and solutions - anonymized (to improve knowledge base)
• Encrypted SSH private keys - while you're subscribed

What we DON'T store:

• Your log contents (read and forget)
• SSH credentials in plain text
• Personal data of your server clients

When you delete your account: We delete ALL your data (keys, servers, metrics)
